Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt. All returned or exchanged items must be in unworn and undamaged condition, in their original packaging and giftbox.

Returns must be sent back via registered mail and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the order unless faulty. 

Please note that any bespoke pieces or customised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable as these are made to the customer's specifications.

 

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

All our items are professionally handmade and should last if cared for properly. If your item is faulty or breaks, within 12 months, we will replace or repair it free of charge. If you need an item repairing after this point, we will assess on a case by case basis (and in some cases may charge a small fee). Please note that if your piece has been damaged by improper use, or if another jeweller has altered it, our warranty is void.
